DEEP IN THE ALGARVE TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEFINITIONS
“Deepinthealgarve.com”, “us”, “we” or “our” Deep In The Algarve, a company under the laws of the United Kingdom.
“Platform” (mobile) website service made available owned, controlled, managed, maintained and/or hosted via deepinthealgarve.com.
“Supplier” provider of accommodation ( hotel, apartment, bed & breakfast), parks, attractions, boat parties, tours, cruises, coach tours, transfers, tour operators, insurances, and any other travel or related product or service as from time to time available for reservation on this platform.
I hereby acknowledge that I understand the activity(s) I will undertake. As far as the law allows, Deep in the Algarve takes no responsibility whatsoever for loss, damage or injury caused to you or any of your party as a consequence of this agreement or the occupancy following thereon however caused.
I agree to read through all the terms and conditions below and in booking this event and ticking the box below I understand I am agreeing to these terms & conditions.
I will indemnify Deep in The Algarve or their agents suppliers against any loss, damage or injury sustained to the property or persons as a result of any breach of these conditions or arising from the fault of you or any member of your party.
HOLIDAY INSURANCE
It is compulsory for you and party members take out adequate travel Insurance when booking this event.
It is your responsibility to ensure your travel insurance covers you for all eventualities (including but not limited to)
natural disaster, national emergency, pandemic, bankruptcy of any hotel, venue, airline strikes, acts of terrorism, war,
any of the previous but not limited to resulting in either this event not taking place, or your ability to travel to this event.
Deep in The Algarve will not be held responsible for any loss or claims, due to but not limited to any of the above, resulting in this event not taking place. You should also ensure you are covered for any losses, accident, Illness or injury however caused.
Insurance should also cover you for any cancellations to your booking under any circumstances.
NO Refunds will be issued by Deep in the Algarve, all claims must be made via your Travel Insurance.
The person making the booking, and all of the people in the party, hereby acknowledge and understand that I am responsible to acquire adequate holiday insurance to book Deep in the Algarve to cover myself against such incidents and or disaster(s).
I hereby acknowledge that I understand that 6 weeks from departure date, my full payment and all balances must be paid in full to Deep in the Algarve which are non refundable.
I absolve Deep in the Algarve or their representatives and any others connected with this event, from any damage, loss or claim arising from my booking of this event and or participation in any activity whilst at Deep in the Algarve.
PARTY LEADERS
“Party Leader” the nominated person responsible for booking and organisng the party.
The Party Leader is the person who made the booking, and responsible for making sure all payments are paid on time.
All payments should be made to the party leader, who will make payment/s to Deep in the Algarve before or on due dates. The Party leader will need to grant permission for anyone joining the party, and is responsible for any changes made to the booking. The Party Leader position can be transferred to another member of the group by original party leader informing us of the new party leaders name via emailing admin@deepinthealgarve.com
DEPOSITS
ALL Deposits Non Refundable.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Cancellation insurance is not included in the price of the holiday & Deep in the Algarve recommend you take out adequate travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of you having to cancel your booking.
Holiday insurance should be in place when you book this event.
In the event of rescheduling Deep In The Algarve
These terms, the content and of these pages, and the online reservation service provided on this website are owned, operated and provided by deepinthealgarve.com and are provided for your personal use only, subject to these terms and conditions set out .
WRISTBANDS
Wristbands / Lanyards will be issued on arrival and must be worn at all times onsite and offsite and at every event.
Anyone without both a wristband and lanyard is subject to be escorted off the site. Any lost wristbands & lanyards will be replaced without question at 50 euros per item. Wristbands and lanyards are non transferable and your responsibillty for the duration of your stay at Deep In The Algarve.
BOAT PARTIES
Boat Party tickets are not included in the package and must be purchased seperately in advance via deepinthealgarve.com.
Please bring proof of purchase (ticket) and ID to verify purchase. Transfer is approximately 45 – 50 min coach transfer to board the boat subject to weather conditions. Cost of the coach transfer is within ticket price. In the event of bad weather we will reschedule the boat party for another day within the week. Please note boat party tickets are non transferable.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Deep In The Algarve will provide coach transfers from Faro Airport to resort, subject to minimum numbers required for the coach and flight times. We anticipate you will not wait any longer than 60 mins to pick up your transfer.
However we will not be held responsible for missed or delayed flight(s). In the event of a missed or delayed flight and or a flight that falls outside the allocated coach transfer time, we can arrange a cheaper transfer for you from 2 to 9 people which will be a lot less than a 100 euro cab ride. Transfer time is approximately 45 mins. You will be greeted at Faro airport on arrival by a Deep In The Algarve representative who will have your name and transfer booking reference.

ALCOHOL & IllEGAL SUBSTANCES
Alcohol & drugs are strictly prohibited at this event and will not be permitted on or offsite, including but not limited to pool parties, beach parties, boat parties and all organised offsite events. You may be subject to a search entering events on and off the site. Anyone found in posession of these substances will be denied entry to event and removed from the premises.
Please confine all alcohol to your room.
